  • Do not use the tool for illegal, abusive, or service-degrading activities.
  • Review transcribed output manually before publication or delivery.

4. AI-generated output

Transcription and timing segmentation are generated with AI and third-party software components. Therefore:

  • Interpretation and naming errors may occur.
  • Final verification remains the user responsibility.
  • The tool does not replace editorial, linguistic, or legal review.

5. No affiliation and trademark use

Third-party names used on this website do not grant trademark rights, licensing, or official status.

  • Do not present Subtitle Studio as an official CapCut/ByteDance/OpenAI product.
  • Avoid claims or visuals that could mislead users about business origin.

6. Availability and changes

  • Features may be modified, suspended, or removed without guaranteed continuity.
  • If pricing/premium plans are introduced, specific additional terms will apply.
  • Technical behavior may vary across browsers, systems, and dependencies.

7. Limitation of liability

  • The service is provided as is and as available, within legal limits.
  • The owner is not liable for decisions based on unreviewed subtitles.
  • The owner is not liable for incompatibilities caused by third-party changes.

8. Open-source licenses

The service uses components with different open-source licenses. Details and source references are available on the licenses page.
