subtitle generation and .srt file export.
1. Nature of the service
- Subtitle Studio is an independent subtitle generation tool.
- It is not an official product of CapCut, ByteDance, or OpenAI.
- CapCut references describe output compatibility and import workflows only.
2. Usage requirements
- You must have legal capacity to use the service and accept these terms.
- You need a browser and hardware compatible with local processing requirements.
- Initial downloads of models and technical components may be required.
3. User obligations
- Only process files you own or are authorized to use.
- Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other third-party rights.
- Do not use the tool for illegal, abusive, or service-degrading activities.
- Review transcribed output manually before publication or delivery.
4. AI-generated output
Transcription and timing segmentation are generated with AI and
third-party software components. Therefore:
- Interpretation and naming errors may occur.
- Final verification remains the user responsibility.
- The tool does not replace editorial, linguistic, or legal review.
5. No affiliation and trademark use
Third-party names used on this website do not grant trademark
rights, licensing, or official status.
- Do not present Subtitle Studio as an official CapCut/ByteDance/OpenAI product.
- Avoid claims or visuals that could mislead users about business origin.
6. Availability and changes
- Features may be modified, suspended, or removed without guaranteed continuity.
- If pricing/premium plans are introduced, specific additional terms will apply.
- Technical behavior may vary across browsers, systems, and dependencies.
7. Limitation of liability
- The service is provided as is and as available, within legal limits.
